Platform10 — Verification
Know a guard’s record before you hire him
When a guard applies to your agency, search him in the EasyGuarding network. If he has worked at another agency on the platform — and gives his consent — you see his verified performance record: attendance, patrol completion and punctuality.
The problem today
A guard walks in with a neat CV and two phone numbers as references. His real record — how often he skipped duty, whether he walked his rounds, why he left — stays behind at his previous agency. You find out the truth after the client complains.
What you get
Network search
Look up an applicant by phone number or ID. If he has a work history on EasyGuarding, you’ll know in seconds — before the interview ends.
Consent comes first
Nothing is shared until the guard approves the request from his own phone. No consent, no data — you only learn that a record exists.
Performance score
A composite score built from verified field data: attendance regularity, patrol completion, punctuality and duty history — not opinions.
Verified work history
Which agencies he served, for how long, and in what roles — drawn from actual deployment records, not what the CV claims.
How it works
Step 1
Search the applicant
Enter the guard’s phone number or ID during recruitment. The network tells you if a verified record exists.
Step 2
Guard approves on his phone
He gets a consent request in his app and decides whether to share his record with your agency.
Step 3
Hire on evidence
You see his score and work history — and make the offer knowing exactly who is joining your force.
Common questions
What goes into the performance score?+
Only verified field data from the guard’s previous deployments on EasyGuarding: attendance regularity, on-time duty starts, patrol round completion and length of service. It is computed from records, not from anyone’s opinion of the guard.
Can a guard refuse to share his record?+
Yes, always. The record belongs to the guard and nothing is shared without his explicit consent from his own phone. If he declines, you only know that a profile exists — none of its contents.
Does this expose my agency’s data to competitors?+
No. Another agency sees only the guard’s individual performance record — never your clients, sites, rates or anything about your operation.
