Pricing questions
What counts as an active guard?+
A guard is active if he appears in the payroll you generate for that month. Guards who did not work and were not paid are not billed.
How does the free trial work?+
The trial is free until the end of the month after the month you sign up — counted from your sign-up date, not from today. Sign up on 12 March and you pay nothing until 1 May.
How much does it cost?+
$5 per active guard per month, with a $29 minimum. One rate, no tiers, no add-ons.
When am I billed?+
On the 1st of each month, for the previous month’s usage. You have 7 days to pay.
